The company was established in 1993 with focus on machine cutting. At present, nearly the whole production is exported to customers in Germany. Nevertheless, the ratio of production for domestic customers currently begins to grow. At the moment there are more than 150 employees.

The production program includes primarily manufacture of precision parts (shafts). The biggest customers are leading European manufacturers of automatic washing machines. Further delivers a range of components for automobile industry. This includes mostly automatic gearboxes for Renault, VW-AUDI and parts for Contitech.

The outfit consists of peak Japanese machine tools MAZAK.
